Improve your Farsi with MyWords Farsi iPhone app

mywordfarsi

Want to learn or improve your Farsi? Well now there is an easy way to improve your Farsi vocabulary and pronunciation with MyWords for Farsi.

In just 5 simple steps memorize and perfect the pronunciation of all 10 daily words:

1. Memorize all 10 words as each word appears side-by-side with its definition
2. Learn to pronounce each word as you listen again and again to a recording of a native speaker
3. Record and play back your own voice to compare your pronunciation to the native speaker’s
4. Save words and their small audio file to your personal word bank for later offline study
5. Quiz yourself with a fun and easy to use matching game

What’s great about this is that it’s on your iPhone, so you can take your lessons anywhere with you. But we did notice that the Farsi is backwards (left to right instead of right to left), so we are not sure if this is the best way to learn how to read and write Farsi as it is to improve your Farsi vocabulary.  If you have used this app or something similar, let us know how it worked out for you in the comments.

    Don,
I’m really not sure of similar software that runs on the Samsung Toco. We will definitely cover it if we come across it. Thanks for reading.

I clicked on MyWords link, but I couldn’t find Farsi as one of the languages. It listed a lot of languages, but Farsi wasn’t one of them. What am I doing wrong.

It’s actually not listed on their website. However you can download the application from the App store on your iPhone or from iTunes.
